Note: For QuickBooks Online (QBO) users, QBO currently does not support sales orders, even though Method does. Thus, if you create a sales order in Method, this will not sync to QuickBooks. However, if you create an invoice from this sales order, the invoice will sync as usual.

When your customer has accepted the terms of your estimate, it's time to convert that estimate into a sales order. The following steps will walk you through the process of converting an estimate into a sales order

1. From your Method dashboard, click Active on your Estimate App.

2. This opens your Estimates List. Locate the estimate you wish to convert and click on it. You can search manually or use the search function at the top of the screen.

3. At the bottom of the estimate, click Create Sales Order.

This takes you to the Sales Orders App to create your sales order. For more information on sales orders, check our article Creating a Sales Order.
