When you select Print Reports on the Opportunity Reports screen, you will get a list of reports you can print out, or export to Excel. This document will give details for each of these reports.
For all the charts and reports, the included data can be filtered by using the stage, user, and date filters (see Using the chart screen for details).
Opportunity List Report
This report is very similar to the Opportunities List screen in what it displays. This report will list out each opportunity with the following headers:
Name / Assigned To / Stage
Contact / Customer / Company
Probability
Amount
Pipeline
Last Activity
Next Activity
All the reports will have the same headers, but will be grouped by different criteria.
Opportunity List by Sales Rep / Assigned To
This report will display a list of opportunities, similar to the Opportunities List Report, grouped by either Sales Reps or Assigned To, depending if you have QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online respectively.
In the above example, the account syncs with QuickBooks Online, and only two users are shown: Mary and Sam.
Opportunity List by Contact
This report will display a list of opportunities, similar to the Opportunities List Report, grouped by the contact associated with the opportunity.
Opportunity List by Stage
This report will display a list of opportunities, similar to the Opportunities List Report, grouped by the opportunity's stage. Any edits and additions you have made to the stages will also be reflected in this report.
Opportunity List by Type
This report will display a list of opportunities, similar to the Opportunities List Report, grouped by the opportunity's type. Any edits and additions you have made to the opportunity types will also be reflected in this report.
