The Schedule App is used in conjunction with the Method Jobs app to manage your visits linked to Methodd Jobs.
With the Schedule App:
View multiple calendar views of different assignees.
Schedule work from an unscheduled waitlist
Create estimate and / or work order visits
What are Visits?
Visits represent when a technician goes to the Method job site. There are two types of visits:
Estimate Visit (Site Visit): The technician visits the site to assess the work required.
This is done to determine the estimated cost before sending the estimate to the customer.
Estimate visits can also be created when first creating a Method Job.
Work Order
The technician visits the site to complete the approved work.
This is tied to the work order and represents the actual service being performed.
