Customer Feedback from a Method Job

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Experience via the Customer Portal

Updated yesterday

When a Work Order has been invoiced, and the invoice has been paid, then a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) form will appear after final payment.

About the Customer Experience Form

A customer will see this Customer Experiece (CSAT) form pop up when they log into their customer portal.

When CSAT Is Triggered

The CSAT prompt appears when:

  • The customer pays the final invoice on a Job.

  • The system detects that no remaining invoices exist for that Job.

This is tied specifically to payment of the last invoice.

What the Customer Sees

As shown in the image above, when the CSAT form appears, they can:

  • Select one of three ratings:

    • Unsatisfied

    • Neutral

    • Satisfied

  • Provide optional written feedback explaining their rating.

What Happens After Submission

Once submitted:

  • The CSAT rating is saved to the Method Job.

  • Written feedback (if provided) is stored with the Job record.

  • The Method Job will automatically be marked Closed.
