Method provides an out-of-the-box portal for your customers as long as they have a valid email address entered into Method.
A customer logs into their portal using a link which you configure in your Portal configuration.
Additionally, you can provide a unique link generated just for them. This link is also included when you email them via a transaction.
To retrieve this link manually for a customer:
1. Open up the Contacts App and click the contact.
2. Under Contact Details, click the Share link with the caption Portal.
3. A dialogue box pops up with a URL link you can copy. This is the link to provide to your customer.
