A: The date when the donation is created is when the donation is logged.

A: This is typically handled by your payment gateway, however, most gateways will batch process payments. For a better understanding on this, please contact your payment gateway provider.
Q: If donations are processed in batches, when will they be posted into QuickBooks?
Donations will be posted immediately, once the transaction is approved to QuickBooks.
Q: How will a failed donation be handled if the posting is real-time?
Failed donations are not recorded by the system, however, the user is communicated in real-time to retry the donation.
