Using the Portal to View Appointments

How a customer can use their portal to view their appointment visit from a work order.

Note: If you are a Method administrator looking to set up the customer portal, please see our article on setting up the portal.

If you are a customer of a company who uses Method, you may get an email or a text to view your appointment visit.

This will take you your customer portal where you can view the details of your visit:

On the portal, you will be able to view the

  • Date

  • Scheduled time

  • The technician assigned to the job

  • The address the technician will go to

Once the appointment is complete and you have been sent an invoice for the work, you will also be able to view the invoice from this screen.


Navigation and Upcoming Visits

At the top of the screen, you will see at least two links that will take you to your home dashboard, or a list of your past transactions.

Clicking Home will take you to your home dashboard where you can find and edit more details about your account.

NOTE: For more information, please see the article Using the Portal to View and Pay Transactions.

The link Upcoming Visits will show you your appointments you have been notified about, whether it be via email or sms.

You will also be able to see your Past Visits by clicking the appropriate tab.
