Here are the ways Method:CRM can trigger a zap in Zapier:

  • New Customer or Customer Lead - Triggers when a new customer or customer lead is added to Method:CRM.

  • New Activity - Triggers when a new activity is added to Method:CRM. 

  • New Opportunity - Triggers when a new opportunity is added to Method:CRM.

  • New Contact - Triggers when a new contact is added to Method:CRM.

  • New Vendor - Triggers when a new Vendor is added to Method:CRM.

When a customer, activity, or opportunity is created in Method:CRM, Zapier can be set up to trigger. All fields from the record will be available to use in later steps.

NOTE: When pulling in samples, (e.g. pulling in a customer), it will only pull in records that were created in the last 60 minutes. Please create a test record before pulling in a sample.
