Why and how to upgrade your payment gateway integration

Payments in Method:CRM are facilitated by Shuttle, a global payments platform for software vendors and their merchants. If your payment experience is not as shown in the pop-up below, you may be able to upgrade payment integrations and take advantage of some improvements.

The Payments pop-up is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, so you can securely:

NOTE: If you upgrade, you can only have one payment gateway set up in your account.


Should you upgrade your payment gateways integration?

If you have not customized your payment processing workflow, upgrading is straightforward.

Please reach out to your customer success manager or email success@method.me before trying to upgrade to Shuttle.

However, if you have any customized payment processing workflows, upgrading requires further customization. These are commonly found in the Payments App, Contacts Portal, or a Donor Page.
