When troubleshooting Method, Support may ask you to open up the console in Google Chrome. This article details the steps to do that.
On your Chrome browser, navigate to [
⋮] → More Tools → Developer Tools.
The Developer Tools window may pop up as a pane in Chrome, or a separate window. In the below image, it shows within a pane in Chrome.
Within the Developer Tools window, select the Console tab.
