NOTE: Method's payment gateway will not collect credit card (CC) or ACH payment if VEEM is your payment gateway. VEEM payment gateway only supports payments through VEEM.
Since VEEM payment gateway only supports payments via VEEM, Method does not collect credit card (CC) or ACH payment details directly within the Method payment widget.
Instead, the payer will receive an email from VEEM with instructions on how to complete their payment through VEEM's own secure processing system.
Managing VEEM Payments
When a payer clicks the "Pay by VEEM" button, this will create a PENDING transaction in Method when you view the Payment History.
This pending status means the payment is awaiting completion by the payer, who will receive an email from VEEM with instructions on how to complete their payment through VEEM’s own secure processing system.
All transactions processed through VEEM will remain in a pending state until the payer completes the payment through the VEEM email invitation.
NOTE: If you require a payment process that allows customers to enter CC or ACH details directly within Method, consider using a different payment gateway that supports those features.
