Admin permission is required to add new users.
A user will automatically be assigned the Field Crew Technician Role if they ONLY have access to the following packs:
Contact Management Pack
Field Crew Pack
This will add a pricing discount for this user, but there will be no other indication the user has this field crew role.
If this user is given access to any pack other than the two mentioned, the discount will be lost.
π Note: You must have a dispatcher user (has the Work Orders app) before adding field crew users.

Your field crew users will be sent emails to log into Method.
In order to see your Field Crew Discount, navigate to the Subscriptions page. The discount will be visible at the bottom:
Remove Contact Management Apps
After inviting your field crew users, they will automatically have access to your customers, leads, vendors, and activities, as well as the Send Email app.
To remove these apps:
Click the upper-right Profile icon and then click Account Settings.
Click Subscription.
The list will display all subscribed packs in your account. Select Contact Management.
The next screen allows you to change the permissions for each app in the pack. There are four apps: Activities, Customers & Leads, Send Email, and Vendors.
First click Expand on Activities Permissions and then uncheck the Access column for each field crew user.
Do this for the three other apps: Customers & Leads, Send Email, and Vendors. Once access permissions have been removed for your field crew users, click Save.
Once you remove access permission, your users will still be shown as having access to the Pack, but they will no longer see the apps in their dashboard.
