When viewing your activities, Bulk edit will allow you to update multiple activities at once for the following fields:
Start date
Assigned to
Status
This will be available for any Method user who has Edit permissions for the activities.
Access Bulk Edit
Navigate to the Activities App List screen.
Select one or more activities in the grid.
At the top of the screen, click Bulk edit.
This will take you to a new screen where you can update a number of fields.
Fields Available to Bulk Edit
When doing a bulk edit, a list of selected activities will be visible in a grid. Above the grid are the following dropdown options:
Update start date | Change the Start date for all the selected activities. |
Reassign To | Change the Method User assigned for all selected activities. |
Update status | Change the status, the progress of the activity, for all selected activities. |
If a dropdown is left blank, it will be ignored and not be updated in the activities.
When you are finished making your dropdown selection choice, click the Update activities button. You will get a confirmation for the change(s) to be made:
Once you click Yes, the activities you selected will be updated. Clicking No will cancel the process and you can make further changes.
