Activities List

The Activity List is used to provide you and your users a way to keep track of all your activities in a grid format.

  1. In the upper right are the following options:

  2. Above the grid are the following tabs

  3. And underneath the tabs are filter views to filter what is shown in the grid.


Activity Filter Views

Filter views allow you restrict which activities get shown in the grid. The following filter views are available to you:

All Activities

All activities you have permission to view.

My Activities

All activities assigned to you (the user signed in).

My Open Activities

All activities assigned to you with a status that is not complete or cancelled.

My Activities Due Now

All activities assigned to you that are due today or past the due date.


Creating your own Filter Views

All grids have the ability to add filter 'chips'. This is accessible by selecting the filter icon :

This allows you to filter the list to your own specifications. Below are some examples.

Example: "View Today" Custom Filter View

This custom filter view will show all of your activities for today.

  1. Change filter view to My Activities.

  2. Click the filter icon: .

  3. Click Add filter and search and add the Date field.

  4. In the dropdown, change Exact Date to Today.

This will filter your grid to show your activities for the today. To save that view, click the Save as new view and give it a name.


Example: "Overdue" Custom Filter View

This custom filter view will show all of your open activities that are overdue.

  1. Change filter view to My Open Activities.

  2. Click the filter icon: .

  3. Click Add filter and search and add the Date field.

  4. Change the dropdown beside Date from Is to "is before".

  5. In the dropdown, change from Exact Date to Today.

This will filter your grid to show your overdue activities. To save that view, click the Save as new view and give it a name.
