Charts - Activities by Type

The Activities by Type bar chart will sort the activities into their respective activity types, and display it as a bar graph. By mousing over each bar, you can find the exact number of activities categorized as that specific type.

In the above example, we can see there are ten activities which have been typed as Phone Call Incoming.

If you click on a bar, a grid will open up below listing all the activities that make up that bar. You can then view that activity from the grid to get further details.

Charts - Activities by User

The Activities by User bar chart will sort the activities by whom the activity was assigned to, and display it as a bar graph. By mousing over each bar, you can find the exact number of activities categorized as that specific type.

In the above example, we can see there are twenty-six activities which have been assigned to Mary.

If you click on a bar, a grid will open up below listing all the activities that make up that bar. You can then view that activity from the grid to get further details.

Charts - Activities by Type of Contact

The Activities by Type of Contact pie chart will sort the activities by the contact type. A contact may belong to a Customer, or a Vendor, or an Employee. By mousing over each slice, you can find the exact number of activities categorized as that specific type.

In the above example, we can see there are forty-two activities, all of which have been created for a contact associated to a customer.

If you click on a slice, a grid will open up below listing all the activities that make up that slice. You can then view that activity from the grid to get further details.
