When the Field Crew app is selected, you will be taken to a list of your work orders.
Above the grid, you will find two dropdown menus to help you filter what work orders show up in the grid.
Date Range
Filter the grid to show work orders with in a certain date range:
Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow
This Week, Last Week, Next Week
This Month, Last Month, Next Month
All Time: Do not restrict by date.
Custom: Set your own range of dates.
Filter Views
Below the Date Range dropdown is another dropdown which helps further filter the worker orders. The date range restrictions are still in place.
My Open Work Orders: Show work orders assigned to the logged in user with the status of Open. An Open status includes the following statuses:
Deferred
Delayed
In Progress
Not Started
My Work Orders: Show all work orders assigned to the logged in user.
My Completed Work Orders: Show all work orders assigned to the logged in user with the status of Completed.
Shared Work Orders: Show all work orders belonging to any user as long as the logged in user has permission to see them.
