To view your invoices with Method, use the Method Portal. Your subscription info will be listed there, as well as your past transactions and any support cases you have with us.
π Note: Only users set as a Billing contact can access this information. If you do not have the ability to access the portal, please contact our support staff.
Accessing your Client Portal with Method
Click your Profile icon in the upper-right and then click Account Settings.
Click Subscription.
At the bottom of the screen, find and click Update Company Information.
This will take you to your Method Portal. Click Invoice(s) Overdue (or Recent Transactions in the top menu). This will take you to your invoices and payments.
