When sending an email through Method, your email may be 'blocked' when checking the communications activity in your account.

If you click the entry in the grid, you will see the following details:

Paid subscription required to send emails.

The number of emails you can send is dependent on your subscription status:

  • If you have a trial QuickBooks account, and a trial Method account, you will not be able to send emails.

  • If you have a trial Xero account, and a trial Method account, you will not be able to send emails.

  • If you have a QuickBooks account, but a trial Method account, you will be able to send to only 100 email recipients. After that, emails will be blocked.

  • If you have a paid subscription with Method (regardless of your QuickBooks account), you will be able to send up to 5000 email recipients (unless you have the paid tier).
